Returns and Refunds
Unwanted Products
If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days from the day after you receive your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period and request an RMA number by contacting us on 01403 276300.
If the goods have been opened or used we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value. This is because items that have been opened or used cannot always be resold as new.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. Return of unwanted goods is at your own cost. Please ensure products are well packaged and returned via a reputable delivery service. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, and we cannot accept liability for items that arrive damaged.
Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will issue your refund for the product price (minus any applicable deduction for diminished value).
Faulty Products
If your product becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.
If a fault develops after 30 days but within the manufacturer’s guarantee period (normally at least 12 months from delivery), we will assist you in arranging a repair or replacement under the terms of the guarantee.
Products Damage in Transit
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us on 01403 276300 as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and issue either a replacement or a refund.
