The Turtle AV Darwin HD H.265 Transmitter sends HDMI video at up to 1080p60 4:4:4 over IP. It supports PoE power, multiple audio embed/extract options, and controlled via RS-232, buttons, TCP/IP, Web GUI or Darwin Controller.

This unit is an AV over IP transmitter using H.265 encoding, handling HDMI (HDMI 1.3 / HDCP 1.4) input up to 1920×1200 @ 60 Hz with 4:4:4 chroma. It supports LPCM 2.0 audio formats (32 / 44.1 / 48 kHz), and can embed or extract audio.
Control and configuration can be done via front panel buttons, RS-232 (including pass-through & Guest mode), TCP/IP, a Web GUI, or the Darwin Controller. Streaming modes include point-to-point, multicast, and distributed matrix or video-wall up to 9×9.
Power options include support for PoE (802.3af Class 3, PD mode). The transmitter is shipped with a 12 V locking DC power adapter. Package includes mounting ears, phoenix connectors, and screws for installation.
