The OTR 1A42 system facilitates the seamless transmission of high-bandwidth video signals by converting up to four discrete 12G SDI signals into optical format for long-distance transport. Each SDI channel operates independently, supporting resolutions up to 2160p at 60Hz, and automatically detects and reclocks SDI bit rates of 270Mbit/s, 1.5Gbit/s, 3Gbit/s, 6Gbit/s, and 12Gbit/s. For 8K applications, the system splits the signal over four separate 12G SDI links (totaling 48G), ensuring uncompressed transmission without compromising quality. The integrated expansion port allows for scalability, enabling the addition of more channels as needed. LED indicators provide real-time status for channel activity and power, ensuring straightforward monitoring and maintenance.
