The OTR 1410 is a fiber optic transceiver that combines both SDI transmission and reception in a single, self-contained package. It effectively addresses the challenges associated with distributing uncompressed, high-bandwidth, broadcast-quality video signals over long distances. Each transceiver features independent transmitter and receiver channels, supporting any SDI signal up to 12Gbit/s (4096×2160 @ 60Hz) while maintaining full uncompressed quality. The device automatically detects the SDI video format, reclocks it, and transmits it over the fiber optic connection. Similarly, it automatically detects and reclocks the optical SDI video input signal, providing it on the SDI output connection. The OTR 1410 supports 12G, 6G, 3G, and 1.5G SDI video standards.
